About Mr. Ankem Sri Prasad
Ankem Sri Prasad is a seasoned finance leader who heads the Finance Function at Ananth. He brings deep expertise in corporate finance, capital allocation, corporate governance, and financial strategy, and is responsible for driving long-term growth initiatives across the organization. In his role, he oversees the Company's organic and inorganic growth initiatives across its Aero, Space, and Defence segments, as well as drives Fundraising, SAP implementation, Financial Planning & Analysis, Audits, Internal Controls, Taxation, Compliances, Transfer Pricing, and Board affairs for the group.
Ankem is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB). Prior to joining Ananth in early 2026, he built an accomplished career across leading multinational corporations, holding senior Finance and Tax leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting (Global Capability Centre, 16 years), Hindustan Coca-Cola (Bottling Operations, 6 years), and Asea Brown Boveri (T&D segment, 2 years), and a few select short-term engagements with promoter-led organizations.
